Understand plans, token limits, and Apple subscriptions

Explain Free, Pro, Team, token limits, upgrades, restore purchases, access syncing, and cancellation.

ACLogics uses monthly token limits for AI-related work. Tokens are counted for diagnosis generation, Ask AI, report generation, and related AI actions. These limits help manage resource usage and ensure performance across all user accounts.

Reaching the Token Limit

If you reach your monthly token limit:

  • Temporary Restriction: The app will block new AI queries (such as generating new diagnoses or asking follow-up questions) until the monthly reset date.
  • History Access: You retain complete access to view and read your existing diagnostic history, generated reports, and saved notes.
  • Monthly Reset: Your token balance resets automatically on your billing cycle date.

If you suspect your token limit has been applied incorrectly, contact support at contact@aclogics.com with your account email address and a screenshot of the usage warning.

How to Upgrade to Pro

To upgrade to the Pro plan:

  1. Tap your Account Badge in the top navigation bar.
  2. Scroll down to the subscription options.
  3. Tap the Upgrade to Pro button.
  4. Confirm your subscription through the Apple App Store prompt.

All paid plans include a 1-week free trial. You can cancel at any time during this trial period to avoid any charges.

Restoring Purchases and Syncing Access

  • Restore Purchases: If your account does not reflect an active subscription after upgrading, go to the Account section and tap the Restore Purchases option to re-verify your transaction with Apple.
  • Syncing Access: Your subscription is tied to your ACLogics account. Logging in with the same email or provider (such as Apple or Google) on a new iPhone or iPad syncs your plan status automatically.

Managing or Canceling Subscriptions

  • Apple Subscriptions: Manage or cancel your personal Pro subscription directly through the Apple ID settings on your iPhone or iPad. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions to adjust your plan.
  • Team Subscriptions: Organization access is managed by your company administrator.
  • Coexisting Plans: Team technicians can also maintain a personal Pro subscription. The personal Pro access and organization Team access operate as separate billing profiles, and their token limits do not merge.
