No. Technicians simply receive an invite email, download the app on iOS or Android, and sign in. They are automatically connected to your company organization account with full unlimited access.
What is the pricing model for teams?
The team plan is a flat monthly price for the whole account, with two tiers: $99/month for up to 5 members and $199/month for up to 10 members. Every member gets unlimited AI tokens. More than 10 members? Talk to us for a quote. New teams can get started with a 7-day free trial (no credit card required).
