Priority condition: Service Urgent There is an issue with the air handler’s first stage electric heat. Either the pilot relay contacts did not close or the relay coil in the electric heat section did not energize. Possible heat section / stage 1 failure. NOTE: Air handler will operate on heat pump first stage for the remainder of the heat call.
