Our own equipment documentation library

Half of a diagnosis is knowing what the equipment is supposed to be doing. That means specs — and today finding them means hunting through manufacturer sites on a phone.

The problem

Nameplate data and manufacturer documentation are what tell you whether the number on your meter is normal or the reason you were called out. Finding them mid-call means digging through search results, vendor portals, and PDFs that were never meant for a phone screen.

What we are building

An equipment library we build and maintain ourselves, so the specs come from one place inside the app and read the same way for every supported model.

  • Nameplate specs and rated values in a consistent format across manufacturers
  • Manufacturer documentation for supported models linked from the equipment record
  • Coverage expanding model by model as we build the library out
