Add your EPA or Canadian ODP / ODS certificate

Submit a certificate photo to keep using diagnosis, check Pending review, replace a photo, or recover when submission fails.

When you need to add a certificate

You cannot use diagnosis without submitting your certificate photo.

Submit your EPA Section 608 certificate in the United States, or your ODP / ODS or equivalent certificate in Canada. Canadian certificate names and requirements vary by province or territory.

How we protect your certificate information

We securely store all certificate information, including your photo and details, use it only to verify your certification, and never share it with third parties.

How to submit your certificate

  1. Connect your device to the internet and open ACLogics.
  2. Open the bottom Account tab and scroll to EPA or equivalent. Earlier v1.2.5 screens may call it EPA certificate.
  3. Tap the certificate row or Add.
  4. Tap Take Photo to photograph your certificate, or Choose Photo to select a photo from your library. Allow camera or photo access if your device asks.
  5. Check the preview. Make sure the certificate details are clear. Use Retake or Choose Photo if you need another image.
  6. Tap Submit Certificate. The button stays disabled until you select a photo.
  7. Wait for the form to close and the Account row to show Pending review.

You can also open the form from the certificate notice on Home or the prompt that appears when you start a new diagnosis. If the prompt shows Add Certificate, tap it to open the photo form.

What Pending review means

Your photo has been saved and awaits review by the ACLogics team. Selecting a photo alone does not count as submission.

Replace your certificate photo

Open Account → EPA or equivalent → Update. Take or choose a new photo, check the preview, then tap Submit Certificate to save it.

If you still cannot start a diagnosis

  • No photo selected: Take or choose a certificate photo to enable Submit Certificate.
  • Camera or photos blocked: Allow access in your device’s settings, then return to ACLogics and try again.
  • The photo cannot be used: Choose a photo of your certificate. Submit an image rather than a PDF.
  • The certificate did not save: Check your internet connection and submit again. Wait for Pending review to confirm it saved.
  • The certificate prompt keeps appearing after submission: Check that you are signed in to the account you used to submit the certificate. If it still appears, contact [email protected] with your account email, app version, and the message you see.
