Why is AI Diagnosis locked?
Check certificate submission, internet access, and tokens before starting a new diagnosis.
Read the message shown when you try to start a diagnosis. Certificate access, internet access, and token balance are separate checks.
EPA or equivalent required
A personal account can start one new diagnosis without a certificate. After that, submit a qualifying certificate photo before starting another. Follow-up questions, continuations, and retries of that diagnosis do not count as another new diagnosis.
Upload the photo and check for Pending review. Pending submissions allow new diagnoses; rejected certificates do not. Members of a non-expired Team are exempt from this certificate gate.
Internet required
New AI diagnoses need internet access. Reconnect and try again. You can continue saved work offline if the job is already on your device.
Not enough tokens
Check Account and follow token balance and refill help. Team tokens are unlimited.
Equipment details and an error code are optional. Enter a symptom or code, and wait for any request already in progress. If the app still blocks you, contact support with the exact message.
