Understand plans, tokens, refills, and subscriptions

ACLogics uses diagnostic tokens for AI-related operations, including diagnosis generation, Step Chat (Ask AI), report generation, and related AI analysis. Our token architecture ensures you have the power you need while maintaining complete billing transparency.

A “full diagnostic workflow” means a complete job: symptom entry, guided diagnosis, follow-up questions, and a customer-ready report. Actual token consumption depends on question length and system complexity.

Certificate required: You cannot use diagnosis without submitting your EPA Section 608 certificate (U.S.) or ODP or equivalent certificate (Canada). See how to add your certificate.

We securely store all certificate information, including your photo and details, use it only to verify your certification, and never share it with third parties.

Pro tokens have no expiry while Pro stays active. Each month’s 500,000-token credit adds to your Pro balance, and unused tokens carry over automatically.

The Team Plan is priced per account, not per seat: $99 per month for up to 5 members and $199 per month for up to 10 members. Adding or removing a technician inside your tier does not change the bill. Token Refill Packs (Pay-As-You-Go)

Need extra tokens without upgrading your plan or changing your billing cycle? You can purchase instant token refills directly in the mobile app. Team and Insight members do not need refills — their tokens are unlimited.

$6.99 for 100,000 permanent tokens. Every account gets the same amount per pack, on Free or on Pro.
Refilled tokens are permanent and never expire.
When you run diagnoses, your Pro tokens are automatically used first before tapping into your permanent token reserve.

Fair AI Billing (Success-Only Deduction)

Our backend AI diagnosis pipeline operates on a success-only deduction policy:

Tokens are only deducted for workflow steps that complete successfully.
Retried or failed intermediate steps cost 0 tokens.
If a diagnosis generation fails entirely, 0 tokens are deducted from your balance.

Reaching Your Token Limit

Team and Insight members have unlimited tokens and never hit this. On Free and Pro, if you exhaust your available tokens:

Temporary Restriction: The app will pause new AI queries (such as initiating new AI diagnoses or asking Step Chat questions) until you refill tokens or, on Pro, the next monthly credit arrives.
Full History Access: You retain complete, uninterrupted access to view, read, and export your existing diagnostic history, generated reports, and saved notes.
Monthly Credit: Pro adds 500,000 tokens on the 1st of each calendar month (the full amount in the month you subscribe). Unused Pro tokens are not lost at month end; they roll over for as long as Pro stays active. Team and Insight members have no allowance to track.

How to Upgrade

Upgrading to Pro (Mobile App):
1. Open the bottom Account tab in ACLogics.
2. Scroll to the subscription section and tap Upgrade to Pro.
3. Confirm the subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play prompt.
Setting Up a Team Account (Web Portal):
1. Visit team.aclogics.com on any browser.
2. Sign in and create your company organization.
3. Start with a 7-day free trial (no credit card required), invite your technicians, and test team features before setting up company billing.

Restoring Purchases and Syncing Access

Restore Purchases: If your mobile account does not reflect an active subscription after upgrading, go to the Account section and tap Restore Purchases to re-verify your transaction with the app store.
Cross-Device Sync: Your subscription is tied to your ACLogics user account. Logging in with the same email or identity provider (Apple or Google) on any device restores your plan status automatically.

Managing or Canceling Subscriptions

Apple / Google Subscriptions: Manage or cancel your personal Pro subscription directly through your device’s subscription settings (iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions or Google Play > Subscriptions).
What happens to your tokens when you cancel Pro: You keep Pro, and all your Pro tokens, until the end of the period you already paid for. The Account tab shows a notice with the date your Pro tokens will be removed. If you reactivate Pro before then, nothing changes. After Pro ends, your unused Pro tokens are removed. Permanent tokens (free starter tokens and refill packs) are never removed. If you resubscribe later, Pro starts again with that month’s 500,000-token credit.
Team Subscriptions: Organization billing and membership are managed directly by your company administrator at team.aclogics.com.
Coexisting Plans: Team technicians can also maintain a personal Pro subscription. Personal Pro access and organization Team access operate as independent billing profiles.
